Duluth Edison Charter Schools (DECS) is a free, public charter school dedicated to academic and personal excellence for every child.  We are entering our 25th year of educating students in the Duluth area.  At DECS we focus on the whole child:  socially, emotionally, academically, and the physical well being of every student.
