The Duluth Edison Charter
Schools is accepting applications for students in
KINDERGARTEN through EIGHTH GRADE for the 2010-2011 academic year.
Students
applying for kindergarten must be five years old by
September 1, 2010, and
Minnesota
residents. If the number of applications at any grade
level exceeds available space, a
lottery will be held on Friday, March 5th to
determine student acceptance. To be eligible for the
lottery, applications must be received by Friday,
February 26th.

We offer our program at three different sites. Our Kenwood
location, 1750
Kenwood Avenue, offers a program for
grades K-5 from 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Our Raleigh building, 5905 Raleigh Street,
operates for grades K-5 from 7:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Our Washburn
building, 201 West
St. Andrews Street, offers a quality
middle school program for students in grades 6-8 from 8:40 a.m.-4:10
p.m.

Upon receipt of your application, your student’s name will
be placed on a waiting list and he/she will be accepted on a first
come, first serve basis.
