TECH NEEDS?

DECS is providing the following Distance Learning Support avenues for students and families.

  1. Email – Families can send an email to esupport@duluthedison.com for any questions, concerns or technology support requests. Please provide your student’s name, a contact # you can be reached at and a brief description of the problem or request.  The email will go directly to our ticketing system and a support technician will contact you as soon as possible to provide technology support and assistance.
  2. Voice – Families can call (218) 728-9556 ext. 5555 and leave a brief message with a description of the technical issue or questions and a support agent will return the call as soon as possible.
  3. Live Support – DECS is providing live technology daily from 10 a.m. to 12 noon  via telephone at  (218) 728-9556 ext. 5555, each day school is in session.
